Barbara Heyns

Barbara Heyns was born in Texas more than 40 years ago, although she grew up in California. She is a Sociologist, and currently a Professor at New York Univesity. She has taught at the University of California at Berkeley, at Harvard University, and at several other places of higher education in Europe and the USA. Currently she is Professor of Sociology at New York University, and lives in New York City.
