James C. McKusick

James McKusick is Dean of the Honors College and Professor of English at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He received a B.A. in English and Comparative Literature from Dartmouth College, and an M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in English from Yale University. His research and teaching interests include British Romanticism, ecocriticism, and the history of science. He is President of the Wordsworth-Coleridge Association and Executive Director of the John Clare Society of North America. He is President of the Edgar Snow Memorial Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Kansas City, Missouri, devoted to promoting friendship and exchange between the U.S. and China.
