Lynette Triere

Lynette Triere is a lecturer and workshop leader who guides and coaches people through the difficult terrain of divorce. After 19 years, and four children, she left her marriage, and according to Triere, “I made every mistake possible trying to get through the divorce process.” She decided to write a book for women to help them avoid the pitfalls of divorce as well as guide them through the emotional hurdles that they would encounter themselves, with their spouses, and with the children. Ms. Triere has done two extensive book tours for Learning to Leave, appearing on hundreds of television and radio shows including three appearances on Oprah; CNN; Good Morning America; Inside San Diego; and also interviewed by such prominent publications such as Family Circle, The Detroit News, Newsday, and The Union-Tribune, San Diego.

Ms. Triere is offering workshops, classes and one-on-one coaching for men and women. “The need continues for concrete information, useful tools and a larger number of divorces that are amicable rather than acrimonious.,” say Triere.

She has four grown sons, six grandchildren, and resides and works in southern California.
