Louis E. Tagliaferri

Louis E. Tagliaferri lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida with his wife, Judy. He is the retired founder and Executive Director of Talico Developmental Systems L.C. (Talico). Lou was formerly president of Talico Inc. and earlier held management and executive positions at Conrac, Monsanto and CIBA-GEIGY Corporation. He has authored several business education books, more than 100 job skills assessments and experiential training activities and has designed numerous management training programs.

Lou has also written a variety of articles for professional and trade journals on subjects ranging from organization climate surveys and work motivation studies to employee participation and involvement in cost, quality, and productivity improvement. He is a graduate of the Institute of Far Eastern Languages at Yale University (Diploma), the University of Maryland (BA), LaSalle Ext. University (LLB), and California Western (now Coastal) University (MBA, Ph.D.). He has held memberships in various professional associations and has been an active leader in community organizations near his home and business.

After Lou retired from business, he changed the focus of his interest in writing and has now authored ten novels including: Bellaria di Rivergaro, The Web Shop, The Habsburg Cowboys, In Search of Becca and the Virgin of Tears, The Timucuan, Cracker Landing, Saint Oreo: The Miracle Dog, Saint Oreo Meets Coco, Caribbean Deceit, and Code Word Rubicon.
