Alan G. Padgett

Hi, I'm Alan Padgett. I live with my wife Sally in a rural area east of St. Paul, MN. I am a professor at Luther Seminary, a vocation I enjoy and take very seriously. My books and articles range in topics of theology, philosophy, Scripture, ethics and theology-and-science. My perspective on life is that of an adult convert to Jesus, but I remain open to my atheist background and friends. My wife Dr. Sally Bruyneel is also an author, teacher and theologian (we also wrote a book together). As you can see I enjoy book projects with other people, and I always like good company!
