Judith Ferry is a native of New Orleans, a graduate of New York University School of Medicine, and now Director of Hematopathology at Massachusetts General Hospital and Professor of Pathology at Harvard Medical School. She specializes in the diagnosis of lymphoma, leukemia and related disorders. Dr. Ferry has written many articles for medical journals and many chapters for medical textbooks, and has been the author or co-author of two textbooks, Atlas of Lymphoid Hyperplasia and Lymphoma, and Extranodal Lymphomas. Her new book, Parallel Lives, is her first novel.
