USA Today bestselling author Barbara Phinney retired from the military to raise her two children and soon turned her creativity toward writing.

Barbara also writes mysteries and sci-fi under the pen name of Georgina Lee. Her latest books are Cape of Secrets, Death on the Ocean Floor, and Turn of the Tide, compiled to one book entitled Dangerous Waters.
