Jeremy Tozer

Jeremy is a pioneering organization capability-builder with particular expertise in strategy execution, leadership assessment & development, organizational design, change & transformation. He is a consultant, interim/contract executive, author and a Visiting Fellow and Programme Director at Henley Business School.

Creator of a unique practically taught and assessed MSc in Leadership & Organization; Jeremy is a former headhunter, Procter & Gamble salesman and British Army Officer. He leads joint internal/external teams in the design, delivery and embedding of sustainable client capability-building initiatives.

Jeremy's primary interest is in developing the collective leadership capability required for effective strategy execution and change: the ability to create clarity, alignment and emotional engagement systemically, systematically, dynamically and scalably.
