Harry W. Kendall

Harry W. Kendall, age 93, a retired journalist, writes historical fiction. His first novel, Truth Crushed to Earth, won a certificate of Merit from Writer's Digest Magazine. Desiree, his second novel, is Book One of the Martin Luther King Jr. Trilogy, entitled Reap the Hot September Harvest. Kendall has a BA in Journalism from Rutgers University and a MFA from the Vermont College of Fine Arts. He has read and lectured at the Politics and Prose Bookstore, Washington, D.C., Pratt Library, Baltimore, MD, Swarthmore College, Swarthmore, PA, City College, New York, and St. Vincent College, Latrobe, PA.
