Ralph L. Kliem

Ralph, PMP, CBCP, has over 30 years of combined experience with Boeing, public service, and small firms in business management and information systems. Positions held in financial and manufacturing environments involve project management in many different capacities. He has managed both information technology, business management projects, LEAN, and business continuity projects ranging from a few hundred thousand to millions of dollars. He has written several books based upon his experience in project management. Ralph has also published over 250 articles on business, communications, and information systems topics. His articles have appeared in over 50 different publications, including Computerworld, Data Communications, and Software Development.
