Wayne Bert

Wayne Bert is an independent scholar living in Arlington, VA. He has a Ph.D in political science from the University of Kansas, and he has taught international politics or Asian studies at Wilmington College (Ohio), George Washington University, and Beijing Foreign Languages University in Beijing. He has travelled widely and lived abroad in Poland, Taiwan and the People's Republic of China.
