Robert Van Krieken

Robert van Krieken was born in Hong Kong in 1955, his parents were Dutch, and he completed his secondary schooling in Sydney, Australia, where he has lived ever since, except for a period of two years, 2009-2011, when he lived in Dublin. He's currently Professor of Sociology at the University of Sydney. He is also Vice-President of the International Sociological Association.
