Having talked to literally thousands of people on subjects ranging from pet food to cheese, from household energy to personal finance, from what it’s like to work in a particular organisation to what it’s like drinking coffee in China, Wendy decided she must have learned something about how people experience the everyday world.
Wendy is often thought of as one of the gurus of qualitative market research and has been a founding partner of three innovative research companies, a frequent speaker at conferences, an author of two books and a mentor to many younger researchers who have gone on to be famous in their own ways.
