Thomas Swiss

Thom Swiss has edited best-selling academic books on the internet, poetry & poetics, and Bob Dylan. He was a journalist writing about SXSW in the early years of the festival; he has written extensively about popular music.

His co-edited book on the web and contemporary cultural theory was the first in what is now called 'internet studies.' A new co-edited book on the mobile internet appeared in 2015.

His books of poetry, though positively reviewed at the time of issue, are now available only as used books. A new collection of poems is forthcoming.
