Craig Della Penna

Craig Della Penna is the author of five books and another four have been written that feature him as a case study in creative marketing and 21st century branding. With over 1,200 lectures in 21 states and Canadian provinces, he is one of the most in-demand speakers in the U.S. about the effects of a rail trail on adjacent residential properties.

He is also Northampton based REALTOR with a special niche practice. He specializes in houses near former railroads that have been converted into bicycle and walking trails—rail trails. He is in the top 10% of realtors in the area.

He was recognized by the National Association of Realtor with the 2017 EverGreen Award for not only being the 1st Realtor in the US with this niche, but also for his work over the past 20 years in developing these forgotten places into showplaces in a community.
