Sue Lilly

Sue Lilly has been involved in many aspects of healing for over forty years including running a busy therapy clinic until writing and teaching became her priorities of choice.

She has a wide ranging experience as a therapist and teacher - Flower Essences, Crystal Therapy, Astrology, Yoga, Meditation, Colour Therapy, Nutrition, Spiritual Development and Counselling. Over the last twenty six years, she, with her husband Simon, has written over 30 books covering many complementary and alternative healing topics.

As a mother of three and grandmother of seven, she is also keen to pass on her knowledge to younger generations so that they can benefit from the natural ways of maintaining well-being and empowered by the natural world around them.

Sue is a qualified teacher and holds a Diploma in Clinical and Creative Supervision. She is a Teaching Member of the British Flower and Vibrational Essences Association (BFVEA), the Secretary of the British Association of Flower Essence Producers (BAFEP).
