Dr Suzanne Henwood began her professional life in Diagnostic Radiography (with a special interest in Trauma and CT) and spent more than 25 years in health care education, culminating as an Associate Professor in Health and Social Sciences, with a special interest in research, leadership, quality and communication in health care. Today she works as a neuroscience based coach and counsellor, using a wide and integrated tool box of techniques and modalities to coach around stress, anxiety, bullying, leadership and psychological safety in the workplace. Her focus is on helping people to deeply reconnect with themselves and enable their own inner wisdom to emerge. Suzanne is a sought after author, speaker, trainer and coach, working globally discuss and extend fields of practice to optimise client support. She is one of two Master Trainers of mBraining globally and she is also qualified in: NLP, mBraining, Havening, Heartmath, ACT, IDT, Time Line therapy, Polyvagal Informed therapy, Emotional Culture Deck, with additional learning in Map of Meaning, Breathwork, Existential Coaching, Refocusing Counselling, Solution Focused Brief Therapy. She is married with two grown up children, living in Auckland, New Zealand.
