Julie Muszynski is an author, illustrator, designer and just plain all around creative. She loves all things artistic, beautiful and research based. Often you can find her deep in the trenches of a book store, archive or library. In fact, her latest project found her ensconced in the Brooke Russell Astor Reading Room at the New York Public Library researching for example an extravagantly divine fashion editor.

Julie has written five books on dogs, The Red Book of Dogs and The Blue Book of Dogs, and three of which she also illustrated and designed based on her charming character, Henley™®. Henley, A New York Tail, Henley, On Safari, and Henley, In Hollywood with a fourth title well in the works. Julie and Facey, her Japanese Chin, divide time between New York City and “The Paris of the Midwest” Detroit.
