Stephen Munzer

My name is Stephen Münzer. I love being creative, and I love a good story. Over the years, I have written and illustrated craft books that show children how to make cool robots, dinosaurs, spaceships, racing cars and planes.

I also write story books that aim to inspire children to achieve their wildest dreams.

My favourite stories are those with a spirit of awe and wonder about them. I like characters who discover something special about the world we live in and about their own resourcefulness.

One of my stories is about a clever robot called ‘Red Riding Bot’. Another is about a thirteen-year-old girl called Agnès who helps an ageing artist and inventor to realise his dream of building a flying machine.

My home is in York, England, where I live with his wife Christine. I have four grown-up children and four sparky granddaughters who all love books.
