I'm Derek Duke Noble a celebrity fitness trainer, lifestyle wellness coach and sports massage therapist who has trained top actors, models and executives in the entertainment industry, including John McEnroe, Tatum O'Neal, Michael J. Fox, John Cusak, Rutger Hauer and Maria Shriver. I am also the creator and host of "Urban Fitness TV", a stylized, fitness lifestyle television series that airs nationally in more than 30 million homes on the Discovery Communications Network Fit TV.
My entry into the television industry started at Chum Television International as on-air personality and segment producer for the internationally distributed television series "Very Racy" and "Very Radical" at the New VR. Adding to Noble's list of credits, he has appeared on CNN's Headline News, ABC, NBC, FOX, KTLA's Morning Show, TLC, CBC and CTV.
I experienced a lot of firsts in my life. My fathers family roots are in Alabama. I received my first exposure to health and fitness through my dad who was a professional wrestler called The Magnificent Duke Noble and his wrestling partner Sweet Daddy Siki.
I have created an effective, safe and simple way of training called the Body Noble Method that teaches how to get fast results anywhere, anytime. The Body Noble is a new way of looking at fitness lifestyle training, making toning and sculpting your body easy while eliminating body fat at the same time.
My signature fitness routines include the Body Noble 20 Minute Workout, housewife pump, jet set fitness, couch potato workout, traffic jam pump, the commuter and office pump.
I have also created great relationships with the top wellness companies and brands in the world to assist you with your body noble transformation programs.
