From the author:
I grew up in Jeffersontown, a small town east of Louisville, Kentucky. In my high school years, I was the drum section leader for the band, kept the beat as the drummer in a rock and roll band and was a member of the Drama Club. That's where I met my high school sweetheart. We're still married after four decades. Jennie's my best friend and inspiration. She holds a new title these days as my literary editor. We have two wonderful sons, a rambunctious grandson and two beautiful grandchildren inherited with my youngest son's girlfriend. In college, along with my best friend, I played the guitar and sang for food in local college haunts while pursuing an Art major with a concentration in photography. To this day, photography remains on of my dearest passions.
Since leaving college, I've worked for only three companies, two of which are on the Fortune 500 list. For the last two decades, I've had a successful career working for a world leader in the insurance industry. If there is one common denominator in all that I've accomplished in my life, it's that I've been involved with people.
As I move into this next stage of my life as an author, my focus will still be with people. My hope is these books will take the readers to another place away from life's daily stresses and give them a few hours of enjoyment.
