THE FERTILITY PLAN

Inspired by her work in the health and care sector, her first book, The Fertility Plan, sold over 70,000 copies internationally and was translated into five languages. It was the first in this genre to focus on both parents, not just the mother, and included the practical 'Countdown to Conception' to highlight the all-important preparation through optimum health.

Helen's focus in recent years has been leadership development and workplace wellbeing. She has written a chapter in the book "Breaking the Zero-Sum Game", published by the International Leadership Association.
