Mark Ungar

Mark Ungar is Professor of Political Science at Brooklyn College and of Criminal Justice at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. In addition to writing and speaking on policing, criminal justice, and rights, he has worked as an advisor on citizen security reform for international organizations such as the United Nations and the Inter-American Development Bank, and for government and non-governmental agencies in Latin America.
