Claire Cook

I wrote my first novel in my minivan at 45. At 50, I walked the red carpet at the Hollywood premiere of the adaptation of my second novel, Must Love Dogs, starring Diane Lane and John Cusack, which is now an 8-book series. I'm the New York Times, USA Today, and international bestselling author of 25 fun and inspiring books for 40-to-forever women, including my newest series, Bonus TIme.

If you have a buried dream, take it from me, it's Never Too Late to Shine On!

I was a teacher for sixteen years before writing my first book. I was born in Virginia, and lived for many years in Scituate, Massachusetts, a beach town between Boston and Cape Cod. After a stop in Atlanta, my husband and I now live on St. Simons Island, Georgia, which reminds us so much of Scituate, but without the snow!

I have the world's most fabulous readers, and I'm forever grateful to you all for giving me the gift of this late-blooming career.
