IMAR HUTCHINS was a founder of Delights of the Garden, a restaurant chain famous as the first to serve raw vegetarian cuisine. He is the author of Delights of the Garden, 30 Days at Delights of the Garden and The Vegetarian Soul Food Cookbook. A graduate of Yale Law School and Morehouse Colllege, Imar teaches vegetarian foods preparation classes and lectures nationwide.
