Andrew Munro

Andrew Munro (MA, C Psychol, AFBPS) is the Lead Director at Talent World Consulting.

He began his career in the world of psychometric testing. Andrew has also worked in financial services, responsible for corporate management education and development, and the integration of performance management, career management and succession planning for senior executives.

He draws on over 30 years’ consulting experience across the corporate, public and third sectors. Assignments have run the spectrum from graduate recruitment, the validation of selection systems, organisational restructures and redeployment, implementing career and talent development programmes, through to Board level succession. Andrew has also collaborated on over 150 off the shelf and bespoke product applications for individual, team and organisational diagnostics and tool-kits.

He has published in the field of business psychology (Personnel Review; Selection & Development Review; Executive Development, Assessment and Development Matters). Andrew is the author of Personality Testing in Employee Selection, Practical Succession Management and Now It’s About Time.
