James Stevens

James Stevens is an Associate Professor of Architecture at Lawrence Technological University where he is the founding and acting Director of makeLab, a digital fabrication and design studio. As director, Jim oversees research, publication and industry-sponsored design projects. Additionally, Jim conducts frequent makeLab workshops and lectures across the U.S. and internationally in China, Europe and India. Professor Stevens is coauthor of an upcoming 2015 book: Digital Vernacular, Principles Tools and Processes to be published by Routledge Architecture press
