Anil Menawat

I am an enthusiast in manufacturing performance improvement and business turnaround with extensive experience. As CEO/CTO of Vayoom, we deliver AI-powered software solutions to revolutionize the manufacturing industry. Since 1997, we have collaborated with private equity firms and corporations to turn around underperforming businesses, consistently increasing EBIT by an average of 6%.

Vayoom's geometric analysis technologies stem from my research on non-linear system dynamics using geometric analytics. My work was featured in Business Week in 1993. My two coauthored books: "Profit Mapping" (2006) and "Execution Dynamics" (2012) explain my systems thinking and applications work. I am listed in Who’s Who in Science and Engineering and received several awards and accolades including Crain’s “2007 American Dreamer.”

I hold BS and MS degrees in Chemical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Systems Theory. Previously, I served as Senior Manager at Aeroquip Corporation for Advanced Manufacturing Technologies and Assistant Professor at Tulane University.

I serve on the board of directors of Amfuel, a leading defense contractor, where I led its turnaround from bankruptcy as an operating partner at LB Advisors, a private equity firm.
