Subhash C. Bhatnagar

Subhash Bhatnagar has taught at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad for 35years.He writes on ICT applications for development and eGovernance. He has visited and lectured in sixty countries on the above themes. He is interested in issues of corruption and how ICT can help reduce it in delivery of services. He has worked for the Word bank in washington for six years to main stream eGovernance in its actibvities. A large part of the content of the World bank web site on eGovernance was penned by him. He lives in Ahmedabad.
