Martin J. Bollinger

Marty is a retired management consultant who spent three decades advising clients in the aerospace, defense, and maritime industries on issues of business strategy and operations. He worked from New York, London, Sydney, and Washington. Since then he has written four books and numerous articles on naval and maritime history.

He is a former Vice President and Director of the Naval Historical Foundation and a current trustee of the United States Naval Institute Foundation. He is a past board member of the Talbot Historical Society in Talbot County, Maryland.
