Martin builds and scales technology-driven solutions at the intersection of finance and innovation.

Starting in finance and technology at UBS and Morgan Stanley, he helped drive the industry’s shift from paper to electronic systems. He then founded and grew thecitysecret into a 40-person team, partnering with global institutions like Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Reuters to develop complex front- and middle-office systems. This journey taught him how to scale startups, lead teams, and turn challenges into opportunities.

In blockchain and Web3, he co-founded Tgrade, a sovereign blockchain for compliance-focused applications, and advised startups on strategy, fundraising, and execution.
