Daniel Béland

Daniel Béland is the Director of the McGill Institute for the Study of Canada and Professor in the Department of Political Science at McGill University (Montreal, Canada). A student of politics and public policy from a comparative and historical perspective, he has published more than 15 books and 130 articles in peer-reviewed journals. Béland has been a visiting scholar at Harvard University and the National University of Singapore, a Public Policy Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, and a Fulbright Scholar at The George Washington University and the National Academy of Social Insurance.
