Cheryl L. DeFries

I am the mother of 3 grown children and one granddaughter. Beginning at the age of 8, I loved to write. However, I did not become a serious writer until my children were grown.

My first book, The Bald Eagle in the Endangered Series, won a Children's Literature Choice Award in 2004.

Presently, I am writing a family movie called, 'The Ghost of Paco.'
