Bernard Tamas is Associate Professor of Political Science at Valdosta State University (United States). He was previously a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Harvard-MIT Data Center at Harvard University; Fulbright Scholar to the Central European University in Budapest (Hungary); Visiting Research Scholar at Columbia University; and a software developer at Princeton University. He has also taught at Williams College and Brandeis University. His most recent research on studying electoral bias is supported by grants from MIT's Election Data and Science Lab and the American Political Science Association. He lives in Georgia with his wife and daughter.
