Otto E. Laske

Otto Laske is a social scientist, psychologist, coach, coach trainer, inventor of new thinking tools, and the founder and director of the Otto Laske Interdevelopmental Institute (IDM) which he established in 2000 (www.interdevelopmentals.org). He is also a composer, poet, and visual artist (see www.ottolaske.com).

Otto combines in his work Frankfurt School critical theory with Harvard Kohlberg School adult-developmental assessment and listening. His approach to serving individual and corporate clients is based on structured dialog grounded in dialectic, with a focus on rewiring team dynamics and culture transformation issues. He brings into organizations the best resources of critical philosophical thought available today.

In the social sciences, Otto established CDF, the Constructive Developmental Framework (www.en/wikipedia.org/wiki/constructive_developmental-framework) as both a comprehensive developmental assessment tool, and a repertory of mentoring/coaching and culture transformation tools.

In the arts, Otto pioneered algorithmic approaches to music composition, poetry, and the visual arts.

Since 2000, Otto has taught an international study body the expertise required for a professional use of CDF as a mentoring/coaching and culture transformation instrument. His 2015 book on dialectic for integral leaders links dialectical thinking to integral thought and to adults' cognitive development over the lifespan.

Otto is available for in-house seminars on dialectical discourse, keynotes, and global forums focusing on problems of globalization and on ecological problems.
