Brandt Tso

Professor Brandt Tso completed the Ph.D programme enlightened by Professor P.M. Mather in the University of Notingham in 1998, and later served as a post doctor researcher in the UK. In 2003, Professor Tso was invited to the Physics Lab. Naval Postgraduate School CA USA as visiting scholar, and published several high quality papers with professor Olsen. Currently professor Tso serves in information management department, Management College, National Defense University. Taiwan ROC.
