Andrew Franta

Andrew Franta is Professor of English at the University of Utah. He is the author two books—Romanticism and the Rise of the Mass Public (Cambridge University Press, 2007) and Systems Failure: The Uses of Disorder in English Literature (Johns Hopkins university Press, 2019)—and has published articles and reviews in various journals, including Critical Inquiry, ELH, PMLA, Poetics Today, Novel, and Modern Philology, Studies in Romanticism, and Eighteenth-Century Studies.
