David Marchman has taught construction scheduling in the classroom and to home builders through seminars and workshops. He worked for a Home Builder in the state of Georgia and has continued working as consultant for several home builders. He received his BS and MS in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He is a retired Full Professor from Construction Engineering Technology at the University of Southern Mississippi and was the Associate Director of the School of Construction.
Tulio Sulbaran teaches scheduling in the School of Construction at the University of Southern Mississippi. His teaching career is supported by a doctorate degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and several years of international work experience in the A/E/C (architecture, engineering, and construction) industry in planning and managing engineering projects both in the field and from office. Dr. Sulbaran continues to consult with numerous companies on scheduling and estimating. Additionally, he has taught numerous construction-related seminars and workshop as well as presented in both nationally and international recognized conferences.
