J. Stewart Black

As a professor, keynote speaker, consultant, researcher and author for three decades, Dr. Black has worked with a variety of organizations globally on formulating and implementing successful strategies based on cutting edge research and practice. He now puts this experience to work full time as the chief strategy officer in one of the largest multinational law firms in the world--Squire Patton and Boggs.

He is the author of 20 books, including his latest release with Allen Morrison, "Enterprise China," which delivers a roadmap for business executives competing in and with China, "Competing for and with Human Capital," "The Global Leadership Challenge" (with Allen Morrison) and "It Starts with One: Changing Individuals Changes Organizations," which provide research-based but practical guides to leading in a global world in general and leading strategic change in particular. Other books address a variety of topics including globalization, global leadership, international assignments, leading change, and cross-cultural management. He has published many articles for executives in Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, and Business Horizons.
