Elizabeth Zelvin

Elizabeth Zelvin is the author of two long-running series, the Bruce Kohler Mysteries and the Jewish historical Mendoza Family Saga. She also writes the Emerald Love urban fantasy mysteries. Her latest entry on Kindle is RIFTS & REPRISALS: Collected Stories II. Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine has called her "one of our genre's most celebrated short story writers." Liz's latest book of poetry is THE OLD LADY SHOWS HER METTLE (2025), available in paperback and for Kindle. As Liz Zelvin, she is a singer-songwriter with an album titled Outrageous Older Woman. Liz is also a psychotherapist and a pioneer of online mental health, a former Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa, a photographer, and grandma to two absolutely splendid granddaughters.
