Tony Bove

Tony Bove has written over a dozen nonfiction books on technology and produced an interactive documentary about Haight-Ashbury in the Sixties. Referred to as "the Isaac Asimov of tech publishing," Tony founded Desktop Publishing/Publish magazine and the Inside Report on New Media newsletter, and wrote a weekly column for Computer Currents for over a decade, as well as articles for various technology magazines. Tony currently produces developer documentation for Apple and plays harmonica in various Bay Area bands. Tony's latest book with Cheryl Rhodes, On the Road to New Media, is available as of May 1, 2025.
