I am a writer living by the sea in Southern California. My books have included FUZZY LOGIC, a best seller and winner of the Los Angeles Times Book Prize; THE FACE ("Downright beautiful." -- Washington Post), and with Daniel Friedman MORALS AND MARKETS ("Fascinating on every page." -- George Akerlof, Nobel laureate in economics). I am a graduate of Harvard Law School.
