Thomas Koshy is an educator, school leader, and founder of BeyondBell — a community built to empower school leaders with AI-enabled tools for operational excellence. He began his career in the IT industry before moving into school administration, bringing a systems mindset to the way schools are run. His years managing schools shaped the practical, no-nonsense approach that runs through every page of this book. Thomas believes that every principal deserves better systems than they inherit — and wrote this book to make sure they have them.
