Michael Rosenblum

Michael Rosenblum is a renowned Oracle expert specializing in system tuning, database architecture, data modelling, and business rule solutions. He is the co-author of PL/SQL for Dummies (Wiley Press, 2006), PL/SQL Performance Tuning Tips & Techniques (Oracle Press, 2014), contributing author of Expert PL/SQL Practices (APress, 2011), technical editor of various SQL- and PL/SQL-related books, and author of multiple articles and conference papers. Michael is an Oracle ACE, a frequent presenter at various Oracle user group conferences (Oracle OpenWorld, ODTUG, IOUG Collaborate, RMOUG, NYOUG, etc.). In his native Ukraine, he received the scholarship of the president of Ukraine, a master of science degree in information systems, and a diploma with honors from the Kiev National Economical University.
