Thomas W. Simon

Professor Thomas W. Simon teaches international and comparative law at Johns Hopkins University’s Hopkins-Nanjing Center. He holds a law degree from University of Illinois and a doctorate in philosophy from Washington University. He has published a number of books including: Genocide, Torture, and Terrorism; China’s Changing Legal System; Laws of Genocide; Ethnic Identity and Minority Protection; Democracy and Social Injustice.
