Sanjay Gupta

Sanjay Gupta is a seasoned journalist, writer, and editor with 25 years of wide-ranging experience in India’s top media houses—The Times of India, Indian Express, and HT Mint, among others. A strong advocate of holistic living and yoga, he has been practicing meditation for more than 10 years. Sanjay is the author of River of Love: Meditation beyond the App and Strings of the Soul: Love, Truth, Happiness and a Few Other Things that Connect Us All. He has also co-authored a book of digital transformation stories of leading Indian enterprises, titled 21 Jewels of Digital.
