Edward Mooney

Edward was born in Massachusetts and raised in Tustin, California. After graduating from Montana State University and the University of California at Riverside he worked in the profession of systems programming until becoming a high school teacher in 1988. He's still trying to discover whether students or computers are more "user-friendly".

Edward currently lives in California. Flags are a passion for him. He is often seen raising a Scandinavian flag, or an historic American flag, on one of his home flagpoles, and his neighbors sometimes wonder why. He's also interested in maps, travel, reading, writing, computers, web page development and camping (not to mention chocolate).

Two of the volumes of Edward's "Stone Man Trilogy" have been published by Champion Press; the third is scheduled for release in 2006. Edward wrote the script for the upcoming Fast Carrier Pictures release of the movie based on the first book of the trilogy. The film is to be titled "The Pearls of the Stone Man" at this time.
