I have been involved in discipleship and small group ministry for nearly 25 years, most recently at Northeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY. I founded SmallGroups.com in 1996 and have led small group training seminars across the US as well as in Canada and Brazil. I teach a Small Group Ministry & Discipling Class in the seminary at Cincinnati Christian University as an adjunct professor. I consult with churches to help them develop strategies for building healthy small groups that grow and multiply.
