I know that ache, I’ve lived it too. I was a workaholic pastor until the pace broke me. Anxiety, exhaustion, and depression followed, until everything changed when my wife and I moved to the edge of a forest.

Now, I help people trade inner chaos for lasting peace by learning to think and live in the way of Jesus.

Each year, I write a book to help people overcome one deep struggle of the soul like anxiety, exhaustion, distraction, or the loss of meaning and find peace in Christ.
