R.D. Stafford

Richard D. Stafford is the author of the books 'The Funeral Club,' 'Beyond the Beach,' 'Summer at Hope's Croft,' 'Best Foot Forward,' and co-author of 'From Risk to Reason,' and 'The Caspian Conspiracy.' He is also a playwright, having written and produced the stage productions 'Yours,' 'The Funeral Club,' 'Best Foot Forward,' and 'DOVE: The Musical.' Dr. Stafford teaches at Kennesaw State University and has written hundreds of magazine articles including personal interviews with playwrights Arthur Miller and Edward Allbee. His articles also include interviews with New York Times editor, Frank Rich. He has been a professor of the year/teacher of the year in five southern institutions. In additon to writing, Dr. Stafford is available for public speaking events and workshops on writing and communication skills.
